2.1 Personal data

The processing of personal data is not part of Frames’ core business. Frames will however sometimes request your personal data.

Frames respects the privacy of the visitors on our website, and will solely use the information you provide to us for previously determined purposes, in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).  

If you visit the newsletter page on the Frames website and request to receive Frames’ newsletters via e-mail, we may for example ask for your name, company name and e-mail address. Such personal data shall be deleted within 4 weeks after you unsubscribe for the newsletter (via a link contained in each newsletter).

Moreover, if you decide to apply for a job opportunity at Frames, you may be requested to provide your name, gender, date of birth, home address, telephone number, e-mail address as well as your C.V. (Curriculum Vitae). Such personal data shall only be used by us in order to evaluate your job application and your suitability for the relevant job vacancy. If your application is subsequently rejected or in case the application procedure for the relevant job vacancy is cancelled, we shall proceed to delete above mentioned personal data provided by you within 4 weeks after such rejection or cancellation.

2.2 Sharing personal data

We will not share your personal data with third parties, unless to the extent that we are obliged to do so pursuant to mandatory applicable law (such as but not limited to aforementioned Dutch Data Protection Act as and/or the General Data Protection Regulation).  
 
However, if you decide to apply for a job opportunity with one of Frames’ group companies, your personal data may be shared with them. You have the right to request access to your personal data as well as rectification, deletion and/or limitation of the processing of your personal data.

If you wish to invoke your rights, please contact us via the contact details provided under clause 2 (Privacy Statement) above. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority on data protection.
 

3. IP Address & Cookies


When visiting the Frames website you will provide your IP-address, which shall only be used to inform you about the Frames office that is nearest to your location. Frames’ website also uses cookies.
