Domgas Alakiri

Frames has been working on the Alakiri Non-Associated Gas (NAG) Handling Facilities Upgrade and Revamp project to increase the field’s capacity and productive lifetime, while also trimming operating costs. The Alakiri field is situated in swamps approximately 18km southeast of Port Harcourt (OLM-18).
The field’s upgrade is designed to increase gas capacity to 120 million standard cubic feet per day. Other key objectives include:

  • Securing an additional lifetime of 20 years for the Alakiri NAG plant and securing the gas volume of 100 - 120MMscf/d
  • Supporting operability and maintainability while reducing OPEX.
  • Supporting sustainable development of host communities.
  • Maintaining a focus on HSE standards.
