Customer Satisfaction Theme Week

This week the Oil & Gas Processing Division of Frames will focus on improving customer satisfaction. 

The week started with a presentation of guest speaker Mr. Albert Kor, Engineering-Project Delivery Manager from our client Tulip Oil, to give a client perspective on customer satisfaction. During this week, each department of the OGP Division will brainstorm in what way their department can contribute to improve client convenience. At the end of the week they will pitch their idea to Mr. Albert Kor and the CEO of Frames.
