Business Development Manager

Frames Inc. is looking for a Business Development Manager for our office in Houston, TX. This position requires knowledge of our market, being able to effectively promote our products and technologies, having the motivation to achieve targets, proactively selling of the Frames brand and maintaining contact with significant parties. You are able to independently determine the customer approach and you have excellent knowledge of the technical potentials. You can translate, justify and explain your activities to management and you are able to estimate the importance of sharing your knowledge and findings.
In this position you are responsible for:
  • Ensuring an adequate knowledge level is maintained in the field of expertise. Developing knowledge and skills to be able to address current and future project and market demands;
  • Ensuring adequate market volume relevant to future sales. Building and maintaining sustainable relations with new and existing customers. Key projects must be generated through pre-qualification, proactive and effective contact management with potential and existing clients;
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Responsible for promotion of Frames and its products;
  • Responsible for gathering and sharing information on prospective markets and customers;
  • Obtaining sufficient orders as specified in the sales target;
  • Launch and follow up of quotations;
  • Expand company market share;
  • Assist the global sales team on projects in which the local market is involved. Work with the Sales team in the development of quotations and the execution of contracts;
  • create and execute both a short and long term strategy to building and maintaining sustainable business in the USA market;
  • Work according to applicable QMS procedures
Job Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor or Master degree in an engineering field or experience in technical sales / marketing;
  • 5-10 years’ of successful marketing / sales experience in the Oil & Gas markets including developing large EPC, E&C, and Operators;
  • Proven network in the Oil&Gas business with main contractors and end-users.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop business from a value added perspective through generation of sales leads, presentations, and follow up;
  • A demonstrated knowledge of oil, gas and chemical industry processes, industry standards, and requirements;
  • Commercial and proactive attitude;
  • Excellent communication and social skills;
  • Excellent networking skills;
  • Fluent in English Language;
  • Fluent in Spanish Language is a major advantage;
